Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience across corporate real estate, operations, finance, or large-scale program delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Experience leading global programs, teams, and governance routines in complex matrix environments.
Strong ability to translate strategy into execution through operating plans and governance frameworks.
Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
Analytical rigor and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic partner to GRE leadership, providing end-to-end controls oversight and issue management.
Identify, elevate, and drive remediation of control gaps and issues; ensure action plans are completed.
Assess control design and operating effectiveness; improve efficiency and long-term performance.
Run monthly and quarterly governance routines and deliver clear management reporting.
Partner with audit and testing teams during control testing and internal audit activity.
