You will drive the strategy and execution of GRE control objectives, linking business risks to controls, and lead a team delivering governance, issue management, and risk practices. The role requires close partnership with GRE leadership and cross-functional partners including Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Compliance, and Global Security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership across real estate, operations, finance, or large-scale program delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading global programs and governance routines in complex matrix environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution with governance, metrics, and disciplined routines.
• Strong track record delivering cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global setting.
• Experience driving operational excellence, standardization, and measurable outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to GRE leadership, providing end-to-end controls oversight and issue management.
• Identify, elevate, and drive remediation of control gaps and issues; ensure action plans are completed.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness; improve efficiency and long-term performance.
• Run monthly and quarterly governance routines (control forums) and deliver clear management reporting.
• Partner with audit and testing teams during control testing and internal audit activity.
• Manage control responsibilities for GRE property management, certifications, attestations, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team across a broad controls portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Influence regional and functional leaders, reinforcing accountability and ownership.
• Establish operating rhythms, resourcing models, role clarity, escalation paths, and performance measures.
• Promote transparency, disciplined execution, and cross-regional knowledge sharing.
• Strengthen organizational capability through talent assessment and leadership development.
