Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Energy Engineer to develop energy, water, and greenhouse gas strategies for our commercial real estate clients. The role requires strong data analysis, communication, and project management to support a growing ESG practice.

You will lead energy-saving initiatives, perform energy audits, and prepare cost estimates while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent writing and presentation skills are essential for client deliverables and business

Qualifications

Experience developing decarbonization strategies and energy efficiency measures.
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills for client engagements.
Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead energy saving strategy development for existing buildings; calculate energy/cost savings and ROI.
Prepare preliminary cost estimates for recommended measures.
Perform ASHRAE Level I & II energy audits in existing buildings.
Support retro-commissioning of existing buildings.
Provide technical and non-technical reports for program compliance.
