Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking an Energy Analyst to support sustainability programs, perform building energy consumption analysis, benchmarking, and reporting across a real estate portfolio.

You will work with senior energy professionals, develop tools to streamline reporting, and communicate insights visually to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Competenze

• 2+ years of analytical experience in commercial real estate, ESG, or sustainability.
• Experience with sustainability data management and reporting systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI for analyzing sustainability data.

Mansioni

• Coordinate multiple projects, tracking timelines and budgets.
• Establish data reporting governance across the portfolio.
• Administer sustainability data collection and reporting across client portfolio (energy, emissions, water, waste).
• Synthesize research into key themes and drafting recommendations for client deliverables.
• Evaluating sustainability data and trends to inform the account team and strategy.
• Provide benchmarking and market intelligence, including Energy Star benchmarking.
• Prepare monthly utility reporting packages with usage and cost trends and benchmarking.
• Track regulations and provide guidance on compliance and reporting.
