Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in environmental science, energy management, sustainability, or equivalent.
- 2+ years in an analytical role related to commercial real estate, ESG, or sustainability.
- Experience in sustainability data management and reporting systems.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and PowerBI skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects, track timelines, and manage budgets.
- Establish data reporting governance across the portfolio.
- Administer sustainability data collection and reporting systems across client portfolio.
- Analyze building and client documentation to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly utility reporting packages with usage and cost trends.
- Support ESG compliance reporting and audit actions.
- Develop analytical tools to improve decision-making.
