Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Energy Analyst to support sustainability programs across our real estate portfolio. You will perform building energy consumption analysis, benchmarking, and ESG reporting, partnering with senior energy professionals to drive improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects, establishing data governance, preparing monthly utility reports, and delivering actionable insights to clients while advancing green building initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, energy management, sustainability, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role related to commercial real estate, ESG, or sustainability.
• Experience in administration and maintenance of sustainability data management and reporting systems.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerBI for analyzing, reviewing, and reporting sustainability data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating multiple projects, tracking timelines and priorities, and keeping projects on budget and schedule.
• Establishing data reporting governance across the portfolio to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare and deliver monthly utility reporting packages with usage and cost trends, weather-normalized analyses, variances, and benchmarking.
• Support ESG compliance reporting across regulations and external audits.
