Job summary

Howard Hanna seeks a Manager of Education to oversee training across Pennsylvania and the Howard Hanna Global footprint. The role involves developing and delivering in-person and online programs, onboarding new agents, and advancing sales skills.

You will coordinate state-approved continuing education, create training materials, and collaborate with regional managers to align programs with company goals and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult training development and delivery.
• Experience in Social Media content creation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Articulate and adaptable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar presentation platform.

Responsibilities

• New Agent Training: schedule, content development, oversight and classroom post-licensing training; cycles offered multiple times yearly.
• Continuing Education: oversee scheduling and instruction of state-approved continuing education classes.
• Skill Development: create hands-on opportunities to improve agents' use of marketing-technology tools; improve sales skills.
• Travel: regional travel to PA market regions and other Howard Hanna offices.
• Administrative Tasks: work with administrator and LMS.
