Job summary
The City of Roswell, Georgia is seeking a Real Estate and Economic Development Analyst to support its growth through real estate and financial analysis, market research, site assessments, and strategic evaluation of opportunities. The role partners with developers and city leadership to guide investment decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Admin, Urban Planning, Public Admin, or related field.
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial real estate, development, or economic development.
- Experience with real estate market analyses, development pro formas, and financial analyses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate market, site, demographic, and economic analyses.
- Develop financial analyses and pro formas for development projects.
- Evaluate feasibility, incentives, and public participation needs.
- Analyze development finance structures and incentives.
- Perform due diligence on development opportunities.
- Support public-private partnerships and redevelopment initiatives.
- Utilize GIS and data visualization to present findings.
- Engage with developers, owners, businesses, and city departments.
