Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or closely related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial real estate, real estate development, redevelopment, economic development, development finance, financial analysis, market research, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate market, site, demographic, industry, and economic analyses to evaluate development patterns and market conditions.
• Perform financial analyses of development and redevelopment projects, including pro formas, ROI, and fiscal impacts.
• Develop, review, and evaluate development pro formas and financial models to assess feasibility and financing needs.
• Analyze economic development incentives, development finance tools, incentive agreements, and public investments.
• Conduct due diligence for prospective development opportunities, reviewing data, assumptions, and risks.
• Provide analytical support for public-private partnerships and redevelopment initiatives.
• Utilize GIS and data visualization tools to present findings through maps, dashboards, and reports.
