Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Real estate, construction, or development accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of job cost accounting and multi-entity accounting environments.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and track vendor invoices by project and cost category.
• Maintain job cost records and reconcile project costs to the general ledger.
• Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Manage accounts receivable, deposits, capital contributions, and HOA collections.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting activities.
• Assist with lender reporting, construction draws, and tax preparation support.
