Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, GA seeks a Project Manager in Project & Development Services to lead design, planning, and construction of facilities projects, coordinating mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural work, budgets, and client expectations.

You will manage scope, schedules, and drawings, prepare master budgets, lead meetings, review change orders, and keep clients informed while guiding junior staff. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong project management and client relations experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, including scope of work, scheduling, and drawings development.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQs and RFPs.
• Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and maintain master budgets and timelines.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution, and completion meet targets.
• Keep client apprised of progress with regular reporting.
