Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in Development, Construction or Architecture.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile submittal packages in accordance with various municipal standards.
• Monitor review cycles and distribute plan check comments to appropriate parties.
• Provide general administrative support including phone and email correspondence.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
• Attend project meetings, take detailed notes, and provide to-do lists.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, and regulatory forms.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and municipal contacts in a professional manner.
