Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement engineering and administrative project procedures.
• Coordinate information transfer between owner, design team and subcontractors.
• Prepare, submit and track RFIs and responses.

Skills

Understanding drawings and specifications

Strong oral and written communication skills

Leadership and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with MS Office

Experience with Procore and similar software
