Job summary

Nevada HAND, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Real Estate Development Analyst to provide administrative and project management support to the Real Estate Development team.

The role involves maintaining databases, conducting market research, and preparing reports to guide development decisions. You will assist with land acquisition processes, LOIs, appraisals, and due diligence, while participating in financial feasibility analyses and proformas as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of degree, related certificates or 3–5 years in paralegal, project management, or real estate transactions.
• Experience with real estate development and administrative processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project management support to Real Estate Development team.
• Maintain department databases, document storage, and research databases.
• Develop market research presentations for internal/external use.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports using Excel, Word, and Smartsheet.
• Take meeting minutes and facilitate communication among teams and external parties (Procore).
• Assist with land acquisition opportunities, LOIs, appraisals, market studies, and due diligence reviews.
• Support financial feasibility analyses and development proformas as directed.
• Prepare departmental reports and funding applications for projects and grants.
• Submit reports to NeighborWorks and other organizations.
