The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and a proven ability to work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection and organization of due diligence materials for acquisitions
• Maintain due diligence checklists and track outstanding items through completion
• Coordinate with property teams, attorneys, lenders, consultants, and other third parties
• Assist with third-party reports, inspections, and other transaction-related workstreams
• Maintain a centralized tracker of permits, leases, licenses, inspections, and other compliance requirements across the portfolio
• Monitor expiration dates and coordinate upcoming renewals with property and corporate teams
• Maintain organized and accurate compliance records
