The role emphasizes detailed financial analysis, market assessments, due diligence, and preparing investment materials, while monitoring performance, risks, and site feasibility from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Real Estate Development preferred.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of progressive experience in real estate development or financial analysis preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Experience with reporting tools, BI platforms, and database structures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modeling including DCF, IRR, and ROI analyses for investments.
• Perform market research and property valuations for existing properties and development sites.
• Prepare investment packets, presentations, and reports on development economics.
• Support due diligence reviewing financial statements, costs, market data and zoning.
• Monitor performance of investments and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with acquisitions and development teams on underwriting and site feasibility.
• Provide insights on industry trends and regulatory impacts affecting development.
