Responsibilities

• Proactively manage project-related issues to meet requirements on time and within budget.
• Assist with schedules, RFPs, invoicing, reporting and deliverables from due diligence to construction.
• Assist in acquisitions, contract management, and entitlements.
• Coordinate with external design teams, contractors and vendors throughout the project cycle.
• Support site selection, due diligence, and approvals for residential development.
