Job summary

Rockefeller Group is seeking a Summer Intern to assist the Design & Construction team in our NYC headquarters. This in-office internship runs 33-35 hours per week during the summer of 2027, from June 1 to August 6. Housing and transportation are the candidate's responsibility.

The role exposes you to project lifecycles, client interactions and Rockefeller Group systems. A本科 degree in architecture/engineering/construction management is preferred, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Candidate for a bachelor’s degree entering junior or senior year; preferred in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Design & Construction team with project tasks and assignments.
• Support program development, procurement and cost management activities.
• Assist with field surveys, quality control and punchlist activities.
• Contribute to space planning and documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, tenants, consultants and contractors as needed.
• Utilize Rockefeller Group systems and procedures for project work.
