The program runs January 5, 2027 through April 23, 2027, and offers hands-on experience in data compilation, market research, and reporting to support multifamily and student housing opportunities. You will help research market conditions, underwrite pro forma models in Excel, prepare investment memoranda, and assist with land purchase offers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Real Estate, Finance, or Business with strong academics.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter and effective team member.
• Solid organization, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research market conditions and report data on rents, occupancy, and market indicators.
• Assist in underwriting pro forma models using Excel and analyze market rents and taxes.
• Help prepare investment memoranda and presentations for equity/debt capital raising.
• Assist with offers for land purchases and ground leases.
• Perform financial analysis for deals at various development stages.
