Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking an Investment Management Intern to support the Asset Management or Acquisitions teams. The role focuses on compiling and analyzing financial data for Landmark’s portfolio, contributing to analyses that inform investment decisions.

This is a part-time, on-site internship running January 5, 2027 through April 23, 2027. Responsibilities include evaluating and underwriting student housing and multifamily assets, using Excel to track IRR, ROI, and portfolio

Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate, finance, or business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support asset management and acquisitions teams with financial data analysis.
• Compile rent rolls, budgets, and rate plans for reporting materials.
• Develop and update financial models for student housing and multifamily assets.
• Gather comps and monitor market data to inform investment decisions.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency.
