Qualifications

Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Real Estate/Finance/Business with strong academic record.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, problem solver, and team player.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CoStar, Google Earth Pro, AxioMetrics, College House, and Smartsheet is a plus.
Ability to work with limited guidance and supervision.

Responsibilities

Research market conditions and report/present quantitative data on rental rates, occupancy, pre-lease, demographics, supply, demand, and other indicators.
Assist in underwriting pro forma financial models, including Excel modeling and research on market rents, property taxes, and government fees.
Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for equity and debt capital raising.
Assist with preparation of offers for land purchases and ground leases.
Perform general research and financial analysis for deals in various development stages.
