Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. in Pasadena, CA, seeks a CFT Development Coordinator to support real estate development and construction from planning through turnover and closeout.

You will provide administrative support for documentation, scheduling, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules and records, preparing status reports and budgets, coordinating meetings, and supporting bidding, contractor selection, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum one year of work experience in project coordination or real estate
• Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment
• Annual store training completes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications among architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, attorneys, government agencies, and internal departments.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, responsibility matrices, development checklists, and related records.
• Assist with project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, attend site visits, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain orderly electronic and hard-copy project files including plans, reports, permits, contracts, and approvals.
• Assist with preparation of project status reports, budgets, and executive summaries.
• Support bidding, contractor selection, contract execution, and pre-construction processes.
• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, payment apps, and inspection reports.
