The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering with at least ten years of experience in architecture

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of architectural and construction experience.
• Experience in design management in a retail/hospitality environment.
• Successful completion of required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Creates designs that meet company standards within a national market.
• Manages Design Managers and oversees multiple projects.
• Coordinates with consultants on due diligence for projects.
• Obtains approvals of preliminary designs from leadership.
• Supervises outside consultants' work in terms of cost and quality.
