Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a CFT Development Coordinator to support real estate development and construction from planning through closeout.
This role provides administrative support, coordinating schedules, budgets, and documentation for the Development teams while liaising with architects, engineers, and contractors. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, 401K with company match, paid time off, medical benefits, and opportunities for bonuses and professional growth.
The CFT Development Coordinator supports real estate development and construction projects from initial planning through design, permitting, construction, turnover, and closeout. This position provides administrative support related to documentation, scheduling, financials, as well as coordination support to the Development teams.

Pay Range:P1: $29.00 - $40.50 / per hour
