Job summary

Holland Residential LLC in Oakland, CA is seeking a collaborative Development Analyst to monitor key metrics, conduct market research, and perform financial analysis of development projects in our Northern California team.

You will prepare and maintain proforma budgets, create dashboards, evaluate market demand and completion, and assist in assembling financing packages and due diligence to advance development opportunities within our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent; master’s preferred.
• Master’s degree in related field is preferred; two years of Holland-related experience may substitute.
• Six months of experience in real estate, finance, development or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain proforma budgets for development opportunities.
• Conduct ad-hoc market and financial analyses.
• Prepare dashboards and market metrics focusing on forecast accuracy and trends.
• Research demographics, market demand, and development completion.
• Assist with assembling financing packages for development deals.
• Monitor project performance and update internal reporting within portfolios.
