Holland Partner Group is seeking a Development Associate to support the project development process and all facets of project finance. The role requires diligence, market analysis, and coordination with constructors and lenders.

The ideal candidate has a background in real estate/finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating property development potential and risk during due diligence and conceptual design.
• Coordinate with construction to assess financial feasibility and draft budgets.
• Assemble and review third-party reports to meet financial partner requirements.
• Help prepare financing packages and project proformas.
