Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Development Analyst to compile and analyze data for development opportunities in the United States. You will underwrite markets, build financial models, and prepare investment memoranda to support equity and debt raises.

You will report to Development Associates and contribute to evaluating opportunities with strong Excel and analytical skills, in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, etc., with excellent academic record.
• Previous internship in Commercial Real Estate or related field is a plus.
• Working knowledge of real estate financial modeling, pro forma analysis, and cash flow projections.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite key markets across the United States.
• Monitor market conditions in identified markets.
• Build and maintain financial models of potential transactions.
• Prepare investment memoranda for internal investment review and to raise equity and debt.
• Assist with offers for land purchases.
• Monitor contract dates and terms.
• Track and categorize project expenses relative to budget.
• Perform general analysis as assigned.
