Jobot in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Financial/Real Estate Analyst to lead financial analysis for a capital-light residential platform. You will build multi-year pro formas, model development and JV scenarios, and partner with Finance, Development, and investors to optimize returns.

You'll own dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting, and help scale processes as the portfolio grows, with visibility to senior leadership and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial or business analysis, real estate development, capital markets, or investment analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain multi-year pro formas for opportunities, including development cash flows and equity returns.
• Model development pro formas for multifamily projects and JV structures.
• Build financial comparisons to support partnership negotiations with external developers and investors.
• Model development fee accrual and revenue recognition with construction milestones.
• Track JV performance across lifecycle stages and report key drivers.
