Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, Corporate Paralegal, or Transactional Paralegal.
• Experience handling commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of title and survey review, loan documentation, and transactional due diligence.
• Prior experience with a law firm, title company, or financial institution required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal certificate or legal studies education preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Draft deeds, closing documents, escrow instructions, entity resolutions, and other real estate-related documents
• Coordinate title, survey, and due diligence review
• Prepare and file UCC-1 and UCC-3 financing statements
• Order and review UCC, litigation, tax lien, and other corporate searches
• Obtain title clearance documents, payoff letters, certificates of good standing, and related documentation
• Assist with corporate entity formation and maintenance, including LLCs, corporations, and partnerships
• Obtain EINs and manage annual corporate filings
• Edit, format, and redline legal documents
• Maintain electronic files and document management systems

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience

Benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k), paid sick leave where applicable by state law.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Draft deeds, closing documents, escrow instructions, entity resolutions, and other real estate-related documents
