Job summary

Unknown company is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator to support Right of Way and real estate functions on infrastructure projects in Greensburg, PA. The role accepts Assistant or Staff level candidates and emphasizes data integrity in stakeholder management systems.

The position is contract-based (12 months) with 1st shift, onsite work, and a pay rate of $30.00–$32.00 per hour (USD). Local candidates only, with driver’s license and ability to work per project needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Associate's degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license required and must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company's vehicle driving privileges.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses.
  • Complete rights and restriction reviews.
  • Complete permitting requirements as needed; Research and review of real property related documents.
  • Understand and interpret easement agreements.
  • Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database.
  • Complete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents.
  • Compile technical data to be presented to Right of Way project team.
  • Support project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers and real estate coordinators as required.
  • Attend and participate in public open houses as requested.
  • Support client needs as directed.
  • Efficient at working independently as well as in team environment.
  • Manage and oversee several projects at once.

Contract Details
  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Pay Rate: $30.00–$32.00 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

This role supports Right of Way and real estate functions on infrastructure projects, with the team open to candidates at the Assistant or Staff level. The position involves analyzing and interpreting land and Right of Way related documents, supporting project teams, and ensuring data integrity in stakeholder management systems. This is an urgent need with two openings available; local candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

Education Requirements
