Job summary

Felner Corporation seeks a Controller to lead the accounting function for its commercial real estate investment portfolio and HOA/condominium communities. You will be the senior technical accounting resource, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial reporting and timely close cycles.

You will supervise the Property Accountants team, manage internal controls, audit readiness, budgeting, and client invoicing accuracy, and oversee onboarding and integrations for new properties.

Qualifications

• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting accuracy.
• Experience leading an accounting team.
• Experience with internal controls, audits, and budgeting.
