Boot Barn in Irvine, CA is seeking a Real Estate & Construction Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of the real estate, construction and facilities team. You will assist with store portfolio management, lease files, and project coordination for new stores.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail real estate & construction portfolio management.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with ability to multi-task.
• Team player, detail oriented, organized, problem solving and eager to learn.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other programs including CoStar and AP systems.
• Knowledge of real estate concepts, terms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the existing and new store portfolio.
• Assist in setting up lease files and maintaining store files including rent escalations, abatements, and ownership changes.
• Coordinate lease amendments, CAM reconciliations, new leases, and filings.
• Support pipeline rollout reports with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist construction coordination for new projects including contracts, draws, and utilities.
• Coordinate tenant maintenance with in-house and external partners.
• Assist finance with rent roll and A/R/A/P processing.
• Draft correspondence to landlords to communicate lease requirements.
