Qualifications

• Experience in real estate administrative roles or property management environments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist tenants, vendors, and visitors with general inquiries.
• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate follow-up through completion.
• Enter and track work orders through the work order system - AVID.
• Coordinate service requests with building engineers and outside vendors.
• Track and maintain tenant and vendor COIs.
• Assist with tenant correspondence, notices, and property memorandums.
• Maintain organized tenant, vendor, and property files.
• Process and track tenant move-ins and move-outs paperwork.
• Support day-to-day operations for multiple commercial properties.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and ops team.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
