The role involves managing calendars, travel bookings, and supply management with a focus on customer service and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have solid experience in administrative roles.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven work experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator.
• Solid experience with MS Office Applications, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support including data entry and project management.
• Manage calendar updates and organize business meetings.
• Generate and distribute reports upon request.
• Build out Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
