Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager (BMS) to provide professional project management on designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities in New York. You will interact with client representatives onsite and coordinate with the property management team to ensure timely delivery and alignment with contracted services and tenant improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas and maintain master budgets and timelines to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate project reports and drawings across phases for clients and teams.
• Oversee consultants and construction teams as needed for each project.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices with client and property management.
• Support marketing of services to clients.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with building/facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost, and profit goals.
• Report major problems and recommendations to management.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes and budget expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with government codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of work performance.
• Pursue ongoing skill and knowledge development.
