Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design, planning, and construction of real estate facilities projects. You will coordinate resources across mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural disciplines, manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations, and guide junior staff.

Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong skills in readings of drawings and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills with understanding of project management business.
• Experience in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.
• Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Provides guidance to junior staff.
• Experience with analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, including scope of work, scheduling, drawings development, and construction phases.
• Proactively manage project-related issues as needed.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution, and completion meet targets.
• Maintain high quality standards and organized files.
• Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and maintain budgets and timelines.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes and budgets.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQ’s and RFP’s.
• Review change orders and invoices with client and project finances.
• Keep building management informed of progress.
