CSM Corporation in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead owner representation and construction management for tenant improvements, capital projects, and maintenance across the real estate portfolio. You will drive projects from design through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and safety.

Responsibilities include budgeting, bid coordination, cost control, scheduling, compliance, contractor relations, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in real estate construction management.
• Experience with new construction and renovations in lodging, multi-family, or commercial sectors.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and scheduling applications.

Responsibilities

• Owner representation and construction management from design through closeout.
• Assist with budget proposals and cost estimation, track costs and value engineering.
• Coordinate multiple bid processes and review bids for completeness.
• Control project costs and ensure adherence to budgets and brand standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; lead on-site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain strong contractor relations and manage risk.
• Own problems and drive results; communicate with leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation and field observation logs.
