Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager in McLean, VA to provide professional project management on client sites, campuses and facilities. You will coordinate with the account manager and facility teams, monitor services and processes related to client contracts, and drive tenant improvements with cross-functional teams.

Required BS in Engineering or Architecture, minimum 5 years in engineering/construction project accountability, and 5 years of project management experience including

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in project management, leading and developing staff.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets and timelines to meet project objectives and keep management updated.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at all construction phases.
• Assist in selecting and overseeing consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions and invoices; discuss costs with client and management.
• Support marketing of services to clients and adhere to policies.
