Job summary

Paycom - ATS in San Diego is seeking an Account Executive to join our fast-paced team. You will negotiate settlements in collection cases, conduct skip tracing, and maintain organized records.

This role offers a base salary of $60,000-$85,000 plus commission, with a hybrid work schedule and training in-office during the initial period. A high school diploma is required, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements with debtors and opposing counsel in collection cases.
• Conduct skip tracing investigations (locating debtors and verifying financial information).
• Read, interpret, and apply lease language and relevant collection laws.
• Learn rules of law applicable to the collection process.
• Communicate professionally with clients and debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Document cases and maintain organized records.
