The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections, excellent Excel skills, and attention to detail. Qualifications

• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Generating and sending out client invoices and credit memos.
• Managing client applications for lines of credit.
• Collecting payments and applying them to client accounts.
• Running various reports (AR, aging, collections, etc.).
• Preparing for audits.
• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Informing clients of overdue payments; working with clients to establish payment plans as necessary.
