We seek a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential property sellers and buyers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our real estate agents or acquisitions team. This role is essential in helping us grow our pipeline and close more deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to homeowners, property owners, or leads from provided lists
2. Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering information about property condition, ownership, motivation, and selling timeline
3. Set appointments for acquisitions team to follow up with qualified leads
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead statuses using a CRM
5. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion goals
