Position Location

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and converting leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid training with licensing included.
• Training duration: 16 weeks for licensed, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
• Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
• No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start.
• Home office requirements: dedicated workspace, wired internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.

Qualifications
