This Licensed Sales Representative, Inbound Remote role is available for candidates in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Georgia. Applicants must reside in these states to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the right coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details:

  • Paid training in a remote environment, including licensing if needed.
  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
  • Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, only inbound warm leads.
  • Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST).
  • Equipment provided; a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload) are required. Satellite and mobile internet are unsupported.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Effective communication with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and PC use.
  • Property & Casualty License required after hire.
