Easysell411 seeks a meticulous Transaction Coordinator to manage property files during acquisitions and dispositions and to serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company.

You will oversee closings for both departments and ensure every transaction runs smoothly from contract to close, requiring a real estate, title, or paralegal background and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• 2+ years administrative experience in real estate, title, paralegal, or mortgage work.
• Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, PDFs).
• Reliable home office setup with appropriate technology.
• Smartphone with substantial data plan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee closings for acquisition and disposition departments
• Manage communication among clients, agents, attorneys, and escrow companies
• Create and maintain detailed property files and compliance records
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and title work
• Monitor deadlines through transaction management systems
• Prepare closing documentation and settlement statements
• Handle general office operations and scheduling
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in transactions
