Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, title, escrow, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with title/escrow software.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for all parties in real estate transactions.
• Coordinate information and documents between clients, agents, lenders, and title officers.
• Track key dates and deadlines throughout closings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and proactive updates to clients.
• Assist with scheduling closings and preparing necessary documents.
• Resolve client inquiries by routing to appropriate departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
