You will work with sales agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, builders, and internal teams to manage deadlines, documentation, financial coordination, compliance, reporting, and communication.

The role emphasizes accuracy, client experience, and a well-organized closing operation.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of real estate transaction management, closing coordination, or related experience.
• Supervisory experience and familiarity with high-value residential, developer, or resort transactions.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, time-management, and attention to detail skills.
• SC Notary Public commission or ability to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage developer and resale transactions from contract through closing and post-closing.
• Oversee the active transaction pipeline, deadlines, contingencies, amendments, deposits, financing, and closing dates.
• Review contracts, disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate closing activities and communication among buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, builders, developers, and internal leadership.
• Supervise and train closing support staff and maintain closing procedures and controls.
• Maintain audit-ready transaction files, closing calendars, and reporting to leadership.
