Job summary

Weeks & Irvine Llc, a real estate law firm in Bluffton, South Carolina, seeks a Real Estate Closing attorney to join a well-established team. The candidate must be a member in good standing of the SC Bar and preferably have experience closing real estate transactions.

You will oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, review title, draft loan documents, and work with lenders, brokers, buyers and sellers to facilitate closings while delivering professional client service.

Qualifications

• Residential real estate experience preferred.
• Member of the South Carolina State Bar (in good standing).
• Excellent and prompt verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well with others.
