Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company seeks a Real Estate Closing Manager to guide developer and resale transactions from contract through closing and post-closing. You’ll partner with sales agents, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, builders, developers, Accounting, and other teams to manage deadlines, documentation, financial coordination, compliance, and reporting.

• Experience coordinating complex real estate closings and fiduciary processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage developer and resale transactions from receipt of a fully executed contract through closing and completion of all post-closing requirements.
• Oversee the active transaction pipeline, including contractual deadlines, contingencies, amendments, deposits, inspections, financing requirements, closing dates, and outstanding documentation.
• Review contracts, disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and related documents for completeness, accuracy, required signatures, and consistency with approved transaction terms.
