Job summary

Palmetto Bluff Company seeks a Real Estate Closing Manager to guide developer and resale transactions from contract execution through closing and post-closing. You will collaborate with sales agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, builders, and internal teams to manage deadlines, documentation, and coordination.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and client experience, with leadership of the closing team and development of standardized procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in real estate transaction management
• Supervisory experience with closing staff
• Familiar with residential developer and resale transactions
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• SC Notary Public commission or ability to obtain quickly after hire

Responsibilities

• Manage developer and resale transactions from contract through closing and post-closing
• Oversee active transaction pipeline and deadlines, contingencies, deposits, and financing requirements
• Review contracts, disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, and related documents for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate closing activities among buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, builders, developers, and leadership
• Serve as primary point of contact for closing-related matters, addressing issues affecting compliance or client experience
• Maintain accurate, confidential transaction files and audit-ready records
