A strong grasp of TRID requirements, and the ability to multitask during high-volume periods are essential. In-office position with no remote work; you will build client relationships, prospect new business, and participate in networking events while upholding our commitment to quality real estate

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders regarding closing packages.
• Obtain title searches and commitments; prepare settlement statements.
• Draft letters and ensure contracts meet required standards.
• Verify title for encumbrances and order necessary documents before closing.
• Ensure documents (contracts, disclosures, deeds, policies) are properly notarized and recorded.
• Ensure monetary amounts satisfy taxes and fees; oversee collection of charges.
• Network and prospect for new clients; attend events.
